The Jim Fraser Pairs is run under the auspices of Dunbartonshire Tenth Province.
The teams will play in a league of 10 teams, with each team playing 3 games. When all teams have played 3 games each, they will be ranked by: points, ends, shots, and then shots up in that order. The top 4 teams will then contest the semi-finals based on their final ranking, i.e. Ranked 1 V Ranked 4 and Ranked 2 V Ranked 3; with the winners of both semi-finals progressing to the final.
The rules of play during each round are as follows:
Preliminary Round: All games to be played over 4 ends, with each player delivering 3 stones each.
Semi-Finals: Both games to be played over 5 ends, with each player delivering 3 stones each.
Final: To be played over 7 ends, with each player delivering 3 stones each.
Normal Free-guard zone rule applies in all games
